Return & Refund Policy

At CarStick.eu, we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, reach out and we will make it right.

Damaged or Wrong Item If your stickers arrive damaged or you received the wrong order, contact us at support@carstick.eu with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate. We will reship at no cost to you.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item on your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@carstick.eu with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@carstick.eu.
